Privacy policy
Roitman Sign-in. Last updated October 20, 2026.
What this is
Roitman Sign-in is a private sign-in used by Eric Roitman to let invited family members and friends reach services he runs at home. It is not a commercial service and is not open to the public.
What information is used
When you sign in with Google, the sign-in receives your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. When you sign in with a one-time code, it receives the email address you enter. The only thing used is your email address, to check whether you are on the invited list and what you are allowed to do.
What is not done
- Your information is never sold, shared for advertising, or used for any other purpose.
- No access is requested to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
- Your Google password is never seen or stored. Google handles that directly.
Who handles the sign-in
Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access, using Google or an emailed one-time code. Cloudflare keeps standard sign-in logs, such as your email address and the time you signed in, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Google sign-in is covered by Google's privacy policy. The services behind the sign-in may log which actions your email address took, so Eric can see who requested what.
Removing your access
You can remove this sign-in from your Google account at any time from your Google account's security settings, under third-party connections. To be taken off the invited list, or with any questions, contact Eric directly.
